HemoCue AB utvecklar, producerar och marknadsför utrustning för diagnostiska test för såväl akutsjukvård som för olika former av primärsjukvård.HemoCue ägs av Quest Diagnostics Inc.Globalt omsätter HemoCue ca MSEK 600.Antalet anställda är ca 400 varav 275 vid huvudkontoret i Ängelholm.Export sker till mer än 100 länder och de största marknaderna är USA och Europa.The person we are seeking will become a key member of our sales focused and experienced organization.The position is located in Ängelholm with a potential to be based in the local market.The Regional Sales Manager will report to the Director of Sales.[[ The job: You will implement sales strategies and action plans with a hands-on approach to ensure sales and profitability goals in your region.This will be achieved in close cooperation with local distributors and partners.Some markets will require start-up activities therefore an innovative and proactive attitude is necessary.Leadership skills are essential as the position includes people management of currently a small group of people based in the local markets and anticipated to grow.The position involves extensive traveling.[ [ Qualifications: The ideal candidate has a university degree in Business Administration, experience from the life science industry and a good command of English.Chinese or other local languages are highly meriting.Sales experience and cultural knowledge of the regions is compulsery.The following personal characteristics are desired: [[ * Strong result and market orientation * Urgency to get things done quickly * Proven track record in an international environment * Communication and negotiation ability at any level [ Please send your application through www.hemocue.se/jobbsidan no later than October 18, 2010.[
