Wacker, one of the world´s largest silicone manufacturers, is looking for an ambitious sales profile to cover the Nordic countries for one of the Business Teams of the Division Silicones. YOU WILL
This position is about sales of Wacker products for the Silicones Industrial Business Team in EMEA/LATAM region with focus on strategic customers in the market segments Automotive including e-mobility, Industrial applications and Electronics. You will be responsible for implementing the sales strategy, developing new accounts and understanding our customer´s needs which shall result on long-term sustainable growth. This role includes everything from identifying, tracking and realizing new business opportunities to preparation of offers and negotiations of contracts. Your home office can be located anywhere in Sweden while this role includes traveling into your sales region and certain countries in Europe.

In short, you will:

- grow the business to achieve the sales target in your region
- execute the Wacker sales process at existing and potential accounts
- negotiate independently, develop and maintain networks and manage accounts

YOU ARE
We are looking for a passionate technical oriented person highly motivated to sell. It´s important that you are self-driven and possess the ability to lead/drive projects. You are a good communicator and have at least a couple of years’ experience from a technical role, preferably in the Chemical sector and/or in the Automotive industry.

In addition, we would require the following:

- possibility to travel within the Nordic countries and Germany
- completed university degree in engineering, chemistry, economics or acquired an equivalent education
- language skills: Fluent in Swedish, English and advanced German
- must be able to learn new CRM systems (Salesforce) and business reporting technology (SAP/Business Objects)
