Regional Sales Manager - CEE and Balkans

As a Regional Sales Manager - CEE and Balkans your you will be the "front" to Perstorp AN sales activity, promoting the company’s products in the appropriate external feed/feed material markets in the designated territory (Central/Eastern Europe including the Balkan peninsula) while ensuring full achievement of budgeted sales volume, revenue, gross margin & contribution. To achieve so, you will drive lead generation, in conjunction with marketing, and opportunities through the sales pipeline ensuring all stage gates are fully completed within the sales cycle & stage gate parameters set in Salesforce.com. You will also ensure all Customer Accounts are effectively managed using comprehensive Account Management programs and along with the other support functions ensure all accounts receive the optimum level of service & support to maximize customer profitability for Perstorp.

Is this you?

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Agricultural or Life Sciences
- Fluent in English language and preferably one of the main languages in the region.
- Successful & sustained track record in account management, business development, sales & marketing in the poultry/pig feed additive industry.
- An in-depth practical knowledge of the feed or poultry or swine industry, its structure and the key influencers in the region.
- Working knowledge and successful utilization of Salesforce.com to drive sales growth or other platforms which helps to monitorize sales, follow-ups, create prospects-opportunities and leads.
- Highly developed account management/negotiation/selling skills.
- Able to travel extensively and stay overnight when required.
- Based in the region with good access to a major airport and all major areas of business interest of the feed and livestock production sector.


About the position

The position is home office based for full time employment. Compensation and benefits are commensurate with the experience and in line with the feed sector.
