HemoCue AB is developing, producing and marketing equipment for diagnostic tests both for the intensive care and for different forms of primary healthcare.The company is owned by Quest Diagnostics Inc.The global turnover is MSEK 600.The total number of employees is 400.The head office is located in Ängelholm, Sweden.The products are exported to more than 100 countries.The biggest markets are USA and traditionally important export countries in Europe.www.hemocue.com The person we are seeking will become a key member of our sales driven and experienced organization.The position is located in Ängelholm with a potential to be based in the local market.The Regional Sales Manager will report to the Director of Sales.[[ The job: You will implement sales strategies and action plans with a hands-on approach to ensure sales and profitability goals in your region.This will be achieved in close cooperation with local distributors and partners.Some markets will require start-up activities therefore an innovative and proactive attitude is necessary.Leadership skills are essential as the position includes people management of currently a small group of people based in the local markets and anticipated to grow.The position involves extensive traveling.[ [ Qualifications: The ideal candidate has a university degree in Business Administration, experience from the life science industry and a good command of English.Chinese or other local languages are highly meriting.Sales experience and cultural knowledge of the regions is a must.The following personal characteristics are desired: [[ * Strong result and market orientation * Urgency to get things done quickly * Proven track record in an international environment * Communication and negotiation ability at any level
