What you will do:
As our Regional sSecurity Mmanager for the EMEA region, you will use the depth of your experience and knowledge to lead our security support to the region. This will require you to engage on a variety of security areas. Your mission will be two-fold. Parts will be driven by the support needed and business priorities within the region. At the same time, you will lead security projects initiated by our security team and develop governance, some of which will be implemented globally.  Your day-to-day activities may be both strategic in nature or operational. 

You will be joining our global security team who set the company’s security standards, best practice and directly support security operations across the company. Your role will also have a global component as you develop the governance this team is responsible for having a particular focus on global security trends and security analysis.  
Your Skills:
We believe you are a senior leader in the security or intelligence industry, also having private sector experience. You have a relevant university degree or equivalent education and substantial security understanding and experience within this sector (10 years plus) much of which has been working in global security roles.
To succeed in this position you will need to have advanced interpersonal skills and the ability to influence those you work with. You have the ability to manage dynamic and complex security challenges and crisis. You have an understanding of global and local security drivers and the ability to translate these into strategies and briefing. 
You have the ability to work both strategically and operationally and have successfully delivered projects and achieved results. Fluency in English is a requirement for this role.

Having worked in the security industry for some time, you are able to see the bigger picture and understand how security complements business decision making. You have proven ability to quickly build trust across a broad stakeholder base, including with senior decision makers. 

You have an analytical mind and can frame information and intelligence, so it is usable for business teams.  Most importantly you are an energetic team player capable of engaging across the broad scope of security domains.  You understand the power of working through partnerships and developing relationships to achieve results.  You do this by communicating openly and effectively. Lastly, you have a Passion for collaboration and being a part of a team.
