Global Finance Shared Service (GFSS) is responsible for regional support and the quality of service delivery within the region and for ensuring that delivery in each country in the region is in accordance with contract and agreed KPIs. The department is also responsible for support in preparing each country for coming transitions due to agreed processes. We also define and approve completed transition for each country in order to take on Steady State Service responsibility. We are also responsible for implementing agreed process templates.
We are looking for a Regional Service Delivery Manager with the position to be located in the Regions Nordic and East Europe.
Key performance areas
As Regional Service Delivery Manager your main responsibilities include:
- Responsibility for regional support and quality of service delivery in accordance with contracted SLAs within the region
- Identifying exceptions to the quality of service delivered and working with the service provider and GFSS to identify root causes and examine resolution
- Responsibility for promoting the objectives of the GFSS organization within the region, including promoting opportunities for further cost saving, harmonization, monitoring quality and control, business activity within the region
- Identifying and implementing further innovation in the way GFSS services are delivered
- Responsibility for coordinating the implementation of agreed standardized processes and templates
- Taking an active part in supporting BPO contract management in securing contract compliance, and adherence to Sandvik policies and procedures
- Working closely on strategic initiatives for efficient methods of working and tackling operational matters
Your profile
You have a Bachelor of Science in Finance and/or Business Administration, combined with at least five years in a leading accounting position in the area of finance and accounting in a large global company. Experience of shared services management, change management and/or process development is preferred. This role requires skills in Swedish and excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. One or two local languages are also a plus.
You have a strong customer focus, are result oriented, and know how to build effective, global teams. The position as Manager places major demands on your leadership skills. You are perceptive and easily create a trusting environment for collaboration, while inspiring and motivating your co-workers to create team spirit and enthusiasm in order to reach the business? goals. You are also interested in developing both the business and your co-workers, have the ability to implement changes and possess very good social competencies and networking skills.
