Pitney Bowes Document Messaging Technologies (DMT) provides end-to-end Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions. We help companies manage and optimize their mailstream for higher profitability, increased effectiveness and stronger customer relationships. Our CCM solutions include hardware, software and services and are designed to add value and intelligence to every aspect of customer communications. The Regional Service Manager will support and manage the operational resources to deliver outstanding customer service, operational excellence and exceed financial targets. Job tasks: - Establish and lead the Nordic DMT service organization in an effective and efficient manner with full P&L responsibility - Develop strategic constructive partnerships with key operational/sales and customer contacts and deal effectively and timely with key stakeholders - Establish the Nordic service region as one organization - Develop and implement necessary actions to ensure effective implementation of change management strategies - Direct and full responsibility for the DMT and Graphics service groups in all Nordic countries - Participate and contribute towards strategic activities in order to develop the profitability of the Pitney Bowes business as required - Efficiently control and manage towards the budget - Securing and preferably exceeding customer expectations - Drive inventory level to acceptable target by managing stock returns Experience/qualifications: - Ability to communicate the strategic direction to subordinates that clearly align customers and direct reports with key company deliverables - Strong grasp of the relationship of revenue generation and cost control to make bottom line EBIT improvements year on year - Successful experience from managing the process of identifying opportunities, deploy strategies and implement practical solutions to best deliver on viable business opportunities - Experience from management in complex, matrix organizations - Ability to handle and manage relationships across Pitney Bowes businesses in order to facilitate financial development and enhancement of the service offering - Leadership skills and experience from managing a service offering - Strong proficiency in English both oral and written Other requirements: - Travelling in the Nordics - Knowledge of SAP is an advantage Personal qualities: - Be a peoples person with excellent communication skills - Self motivated and commercially minded - Result focused and thrive for success - Ability to execute firm leadership and consider local - cultures and issues - Excellent customer service and client management skills
