OVERVIEW
Voi is looking for a Regional Success Manager for USO who will help make Voi the favoured micromobility partner for all cities. If you are passionate about growing micromobility as a service and want to take on the challenge of building a customer support function that is tailored to local needs, a trusted city partner, and if you have the skills to manage complex stakeholder relationships, we are looking for you!
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Build an understanding of local city needs to continuously re-evaluate how user support as a function needs to change to continue to offer the first class local service that Voi’s riders and city stakeholders need as both the industry and our consumers mature
Personalise and localise the support experience while ensuring tightly run operations that keeps costs hyper-efficient as we grow
Track performance on a city level and take action to ensure we deliver an outstanding experience for those of our customers who require support and turn them into promoters for the Voi brand
Build a team tailored to support city success and provide leadership in driving and maintaining Voi’s footprint across our priority cities
Recruitment, coaching and development of USO’s regional success team
Own local functional and budget KPIs
Management of internal & external stakeholder relationships across markets in all regions, including between USO and product/tech/data teams to meet local needs
Become the voice of cities within USO
Own local policy initiatives and the impact they have on core metrics and facilitate conversations with local stakeholders on balancing overall business priorities
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Bachelor’s degree from a top university
5+ years of relevant experience where you can demonstrate responsibility for growing or transforming part of a customer support function within a quickly changing industry, e.g. technology, logistics or e-commerce
Experience building & managing high-performing teams
Track record of serving a diverse and complex set of end-customers, internal and global stakeholders
