Mission
The Regional SUpply Chain Manager EMENA play a key role in the regional transformation of Epiroc supply chain into an integrated global supply chain model.  We build a world-class supply chain with focus on supply chain efficiency & effectiveness. The Regional Supply Chain Manager EMENA is responsible for all supply chain related activities in the region including setting of performance targets, monitor and report performance and ensure targets are met. You maintain a tight link to the CCs and ensure ongoing improvement of supply chain services provides to them as well as manage network of internal stakeholders. The regional supply chain organization engage more than 300 employees in 25 countries.

Job description
Some of the principal responsibilities in this role are to Manage and optimize transportation within the region, optimize consignment and services stocks inventory within the region and to manage/oversee customs processing and trade compliance. You should secure the oversee warehouse management, implement and manage the physical returns processing. The position is responsible for the regional inventory management. You will be accountable for the full order processing and expediting process as well as the inbound supply management and in the region. In addition to this the Regional Supply Chain Manager EMENA is accountable to manage the physical inbound flows from supplier to GDC, RDC and LDCs, to consolidate parts for shipment to other regions and to manage warehouse operations for the GSH operations.

Your profile
You have extensive previous experience operating within Supply Chain in large sized international environments. You have a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with all functions for the good of Epiroc. You have solid leadership skills and an established experience from Manager Positions. To be successful you have to have exceptional analytical and problem solving capabilities as well as an openness to change and reactiveness. You are well organized and focused on continuous improvement – as there is always a better way! You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) towards all levels of Epiroc staff as well as external stakeholders and you have excellent presentation skills You have excellent planning and execution capabilities and must be able to deliver actions and results within your own and other functions.

We see that you have a Master Degree and generally 10 years’ experience in related field or equivalent professional experience within Supply Chain from the Engineering, Manufacturing and Energy sector. Established knowledge of Supply Chain processes, products and capabilities is a prerequisite in this role. You have previous project Management experience and solid Business Acumen as well as understanding of key financial principles.

In this role, occasional traveling is required. You will report to Vice President Supply Chain.
