We are looking for a new colleague to join us in the role as Regional Supply Manager at our new offices in Gothenburg. YOU WILL
Be part of Business Planning & Supply Chain team within the business line of Natural Resources, part of the Performance Formulations business unit. Furthermore, you will be responsible for creating and delivering valid & achievable supply plans within the product line (amines & alkox) and be key participant in Supply Planning through the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.

Some of your tasks and areas of responsibility:

- Lead the regional Supply Planning team responsible for the three internal plants Surfactants plants (Stockvik, Stenungsund & Mons), the external plants (Trade & Tolling) and the associated Raw Material planning.
- Manage and maintain mid and short-term supply plans to balance customer demand, production and logistics capacities and raw materials requirements to ensure orders are fulfilled as required.
- Develop and maintain inventory stocking policies, including safety stock levels and order quantities.
- Lead site Supply Management Reviews (SMR’s) within the IBP process.
- Work collaboratively with the ISC Organization to ensure key assumptions on anticipated production capabilities are reflected within the plans.
- Work collaboratively with Demand Management to ensure effective demand and supply balancing within the short- and medium-term horizon.
- Support Marketing, Product Management and R&D on supply planning concerning product introductions.

You also possess the ability to work efficiently as well as independently and you know how to prioritize the team’s daily work.

We also see that you have:

- Leadership experience (ideally in an international environment) covering cultural shifts and embedding process changes
- Solid understanding of supply chain and business processes with minimum 8 years of documented experience of supply planning.
- Master’s degree in Chemistry, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
- APICS CPIM is desirable and experience with Power BI is advantageous.
- Extensive experience with IBP/S&OP and experience with SAP (or equivalent ERP system) and Arkieva (or equivalent S&OP/advanced planning software).
- Excellent English communication skills, both in writing and verbally.
