Duties
The post-holder provides administrative and secretarial support to all the functions of the Registry, and has particular responsibility for information compilation, data management and the maintenance of student-related records, both paper and electronic.

Qualifications
Candidates should
? have a solid administrative background ? Bachelor?s degree desirable
? be completely fluent in spoken and written English
? have strong IT user skills (MS Office, electronic communication, Crystal report/Dataflex, Salesforce)
? be pro-active and have the ability to work effectively and accurately with little guidance and supervision
? be able to work in an international environment with English as the primary language
? be flexible in terms of work tasks
? have effective communication skills in an international and diverse academic community
