ABOUT THE JOB
You will play an important role in Nutrica’s business while being the trusted subject matter expert in the Regulatory field for the Nordics. On a daily basis you will provide Regulatory expertise, guidance and advice to the business and participate in cross-functional project teams. This is a temporary position to cover for a parental leave and you probably see this as an extraordinary opportunity to gain valuable insight and experience.
You will be based at our office in Solna, Stockholm, and report to Head of Regulatory Affairs Team in Warsaw, Poland.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Ensure compliance with EU and national legislation in Sweden, Norway and Denmark for all products in Nutricia portfolio. This includes FSMP – Food for Special Medical Purposes and Medical Devices.
Carrying out tasks related to placing Nutricia products on the market, including validation of product labels and registrations..
Validate communication materials
Coordinate and execute reimbursement applications
Manage Regulatory databases
Be the subject matter expert in Regulatory Affairs within food and medical devices for Sweden, Norway and Denmark
ABOUT YOU
In order to be successful in the role you have:
A degree in biomedicine, dietetics, human nutrition, medicine or similar.
3-5 years of experience from the regulatory field within food legislation, ideally from clinical nutrition
Ability to understand, analyze and apply regulations in practice and to assess the risk.
Focus on accuracy, insight and reliability.
Experience in working with EU legislation and national legislation for Sweden, Norway and Denmark within the food sector. Experience in medical devices is an additional advantage.
High level of verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one of the following languages: Swedish, Danish or Norwegian.
Strong organization skills – the ability to coordinate and prioritize many different tasks/projects at the same time.
Ability to take initiative and work independently in the implementation of an entrusted task.
Enjoy being the trusted subject matter expert in discussions and meetings with other functions within the company.
