About the position
Oriola's Regulatory Affairs Services are part of Oriola's Expert Service portfolio that support Pharma companies throughout the entire lifecycle of a pharmaceutical. We are now looking for a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to our Nordic Team based in Sweden. In this role you will work daily with our customers, acting as an intermediary between the customers and the relevant regulatory authorities. You will be responsible for the delegation, execution and follow-up of the customer’s assignment.
Personal and experience Requirements

Degree in pharmacy (bachelor or master level) or Life Science, Healthcare

A minimum of three years of experience in regulatory affairs
- Competence and knowledge of different authorization routes, marketing authorizations and the related submissions, e.g. variations, notifications and renewals, and product information documents and basic knowledge of pharma ethical rules
- Competence and knowledge of the legislation, regulations and guidelines for regulatory affairs in the EU and other relevant territories
- Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
- High capacity to work both independently and in close collaboration with Oriola's Nordic Regulatory Affairs and Translations team
- Extent understanding of operating in the consultancy business
- Sales-driven, orientated and eager to expand our Regulatory Affairs business in the Nordics
