Are you interested in data privacy and driving regulatory agenda?
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- make sure that privacy-related employee data and topics in are handled in line with GDPR (group responsibility) and Swedish privacy regulations (responsibility for Sweden)
- drive the continuous improvement of the data privacy competence within Group HR and Infrastructure (GHRI)
- co-ordinate regulatory compliance in the HR area (e.g. suitability assessments)
- be the single point of contact on behalf of GHRI to implement regulatory requirements into HR processes and concepts
What is needed in this role:
- an academic degree in the legal field
- work experience from the regulatory area
- prior deep knowledge of GDPR requirements would be an advantage
- structured approach
- consistency and accuracy
- ability to drive assignments independently
- readiness to work cross BA/GF and cross border
- project management skills for efficient implementation of new regulations
- excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Swedish
