We´re a leading provider within the gambling business with passion to deliver cutting edge products, both technologically and commercially. Together with our partners, we have successfully expanded our business worldwide, and have challenging targets for our growth.
We are now expanding the compliance team and seek qualified candidates for a number of roles, to be based in London, UK, Sliema Malta or Vaxjo Sweden.
For this position we are looking for new colleagues who take pride in providing legal counselling for products and services offered worldwide within the gaming industry. The position demands excellent regulatory skills and knowledge, coupled with dedication and enthusiasm for the compliance area. Join us and take a key role in defining the regulatory and legal demands, ensuring they are taken in to account in product development, and assist R&D in obtaining required certificates and keep them updated.
Description:
Independently preparing, compile and structure application material for remote software licences’;
Undertake gap analysis against regulatory requirements for new licensing endeavours and for internal audits, ensuring the business maintains compliance with licensing demands;
Ensure existing licence and certification programs are appropriately dealt with, including that of reporting to authorities, internal teams and customers;
Liaise with the compliance manager to implement strategies and review legal documents;
Undertake regulatory and annual reporting requirements;
Manage due diligence on behalf of the company, customers’ and partners’
Together with stakeholders and under the supervision of the compliance manager, develop, oversee and enforce company policies and operational procedures;
Oversee and review audits and assure remedial action is taken where relevant
Assist in developing customer agreements and general company administration
Ensuring effective evaluation of business risks and issues related to applications, regulatory changes and internal audit requirements
Key Qualifications:
Legal or relevant compliance background is essential;
Excellent oral and English communication skills;
Ability to perform under pressure;
Experience with managing procedures, internal controls, audits and regulatory duties;
Ability to communicate on all levels of the organisation and in a fast face and rapidly changing environment;
Structured approach to work, including a high degree of personal initiative while maintaining control and attention to details
