Arbetsbeskrivning
The E-sector at Scania including embedded development is undergoing a large transformation right now becoming more flow-oriented with the goal to become faster and with better quality! This affects how about 1000 employees are working with the development of Scania´s electrical and embedded systems. In order to keep up with Scania's transformation, We are looking for a Regulatory Expert for Cyber Security Management System! Is that you?
One important factor for this to succeed is to have clear structures, processes, and information management in place. The transformation within Embedded means that the present way of working needs to be challenged and updated. Today we also challenge new laws and regulations, especially SUMS (Software Update Management system) and CSMS (Cyber Security Management System). These two new regulated processes need to be integrated into the existing Embedded process. As a Regulatory Expert for the CSMS, you will have a key role in making this happen.
What you will do
- Be responsible for the regulation at Scania as well as the interfaces for the TRATON Group
- Report status of the management system to senior management and (if necessary) severe incidents to Scania executives.
- Survey the external and internal legislation and standardization areas for upcoming new needs or changes
- Manage the high level of external and internal needs and requirements for updating the management System
- Translate the needs into strategic plans, roadmaps, and backlogs as well as prioritize them
- Influence and work with standardization groups
- Manage stakeholders (managers, management groups, cross functional teams) affected by the management system on a high level
- Manage Work Groups developing and improving the management system
- Monitor and sometime manage deviations for the CSMS
- Work with stakeholders on how to interpret the legislation and regulation for what it means for the everyday operational work and products at Scania on a high level
- Manage and be the responsible party for the Management Systems high level documentation
Who You Are
You have more than 5 years of knowledge and experience from working with regulation to interpreting and implementing legal requirements for Cyber Security Management Systems. It is beneficial if you have previous experience working with multiple stakeholders on high levels in the organization, across flows, organization types, and countries. You have a Masters’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., standardizations, regulations, legal, software, embedded or electrical systems), or equivalent work experience.
As a person, we see that you are a driven, self-starter and can work independently as well as a good team player with the ability to make things happen.
What we offer
We offer a healthy and inspiring workplace, with great respect for the individual. You have great opportunities to shape your work and your future. Your personal and professional development is important and something we encourage and support.
