Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.
In order to strengthen our Information security department, supporting Scania in this transformation, we are looking for a new employee for our Information Risk and Compliance team with focus on legal compliance.
The Team
Our team consists of eight highly motivated and skilled co-workers with different background and knowledge.
To fulfil our role as a central function all team members need to have a broad experience within information security and deeper knowledge/experience in one or more areas within Information risk & Compliance.
What are we looking for
We are looking for you who have a relevant academic degree, preferably legal background, and/or having experience working with regulatory compliance within a larger organization. It is meritorious if you have experiences in Information security, IT security or IT audit issues. As a person, you are close to laughter, easy to work with and unpretentious, while at the same time being independent in your role. You understand the importance to achieve the balance between the business needs and possible risks. Collaborating with team members comes naturally to you and you always have a focus delivering results. You also have strong skills both in written and spoken English.
Your main responsibility will be to establish a global process and applicable methods to identify and interpret the information security implications of relevant laws and regulations (for example Data protection, Cyber Security, NIS) and to establish processes and necessary documents in order to ensure due compliance with regulatory requirements for Scania’s global IT-solutions.
You will also support Scania Information Security organisation and Scania business with regulatory or legal assessments and advice related to information security.
