Are you an experienced highly driven regulatory framework coordinator with a passion for structure and stakeholder management?Regulatory Compliance Oversight is a unit within Group Compliance with responsibility for Group wide compliance processes as well as processes within Group Compliance. A high priority for the unit is to develop and strengthen the process for management of the Compliance Group Framework.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Be part of a unit with the task to establish an efficient and smooth process for the regulatory framework within Group Compliance and for the bank;
- Be part of the team that is responsible for key Compliance processes such as Regulatory Screening and Control process, Process for Interactions with Regulators, Process for Management of the Compliance Group Framework and coordination of various due diligence and external reporting processes etc.
- Support the development of Group Compliance Risk and Control Assessment from the Group Framework perspective.
- Participate in the journey of implementing IT systems to support the process for management of Group Framework
- Collaborate with colleagues, in Group Compliance and other units throughout the Group - all dedicated to the same cause.
What is needed in this role:
- At least 3-5 years of experience from working with Governance, Risk and Compliance related matters in financial institution’s, regulatory authorities and/ or financial consultancy firms.
- Ability and passion for communicating effectively and experience from presenting complex content in an understandable and accessible way.
- Ability and aptitude to build relationships and to coordinate and lead working efforts.
- University degree, legal or economic degree or similar.
- A structured and creative mind, a pragmatic perspective, a humble attitude and a strong belief in co-operation as the best approach to solve a problem.
- Excellent English and Swedish skills, oral and written.
- Analytical skills and experience of implementing IT systems
