Job Summary
Are you a driven person with knowledge of regulatory compliance who would like to work in one of the fastest growing business in Tetra Pak Services?
As part of our ambitious growth strategy Tetra Pak have established a team focused on expanding the Consumables business globally (i.e., our portfolio of hot melt, lubricants, stretch film, etc.). You will belong to this diversified and dynamic team with the responsibility to turn the growth strategies related to Consumables into reality.
The position is preferably based in Lund, Sweden.
In this role you will deliver on the growth of Consumables by securing regulatory compliance when developing new services related to chemical products. The cross functionality of the role will require work in a global environment including close collaboration with suppliers, supply chain and market companies.
What you will do
Take global lead in implementing and improving the infrastructure to secure chemical sales compliance for Tetra Pak
Act as advisor in product development for new chemicals offering in the area of chemical sales compliance and drive regulatory requirements towards the suppliers
Scout and consolidate, globally and locally, regulatory requirements in the area of chemical sales. Identify needed actions to be taken and lead the implementation of these
Support and drive continuous improvement of daily operations relating to chemical sales compliance
We believe you have
We believe you have the following experiences and abilities:
A Bachelor’s degree or higher in e.g. Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
Experience from working with regulatory affairs for chemical products in a setting of international sales and distribution
Experience from working with chemical regulations such as REACH, TSCA, GHS, for import and export of chemical products for distribution to customers
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
Organized and structured so that you can manage the complexity of handling a variety of products and multiple suppliers
Excellent ability to distil, summarize and effectively communicate complex issues to upper management as well as nontechnical individuals, and make people connect to your message
Good ability to establish professional relationships both internally and externally
Ability to handle ambiguity and make decisions
