As a Regulatory Safety Approval Engineer you will work with a wide international network of senior engineers and stakeholders across Ericsson R&D. Our expectations on you is that you will act as a driver through all phases both when it comes to ordinary work tasks according to existing ways of working as well as when implementing new ways of working.
The right person for this task is a person who wants to understand the big picture, who has a documented strong drive and who has a pragmatic way of dealing with all types of issues. We also want to see that you really want to develop true leadership skills when it comes to the continuous improvement by leading through and together with other colleagues globally.

What you will do
Investigate possible improvement areas
Align areas for pre development, studies and improvement globally
Investigate, drive and/or participate in technical studies
Investigate, drive and/or participate in pre-development activities
Create and maintain technical documentation for regulatory approval handling
Technical support to sourcing
Set up, plan for and drive changes needed to reach shorter TTM
Be present at all sites globally on a regular basis
Set up and maintain a roadmap including short- and long-term view in all regulatory areas.
You will bring
Around 5 years of experience working with R&D (design, system or integration, verification & certification).
Experience of Radio Base Station testing
Experience of Lean Product Development and/or Lean for Production.
Documented strong planning and organizational skills
Documented strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Full professional proficiency in English
