EDAG Engineering Scandinavia AB is the Scandinavian subsidiary of the EDAG Group. With an origin from Gothenburg, we have naturally become an important partner to the western region of Sweden. As we are on an exciting and successful journey expanding our operations not only in Gothenburg region but soon also in Stockholm, we are now further reinforcing our team and are looking for a Recruiter to join our family.
Duties & tasks:
Meet with Hiring Managers for job briefings.
Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
Conduct prescreening interviews and provide summary write-ups on the candidates.
Coordinate the candidates' qualifications with the Hiring Managers.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Support in various permit and application processes
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Manage employer branding activities such as special events, job fairs, online and university marketing etc.
Act as a point of contact for all recruitment needs.
Essential skills:
Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
2 - 4 years experience as a Recruiter - either in-house or at a staffing agency.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
Communicate effectively with candidates and Hiring Managers.
Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent organizational skills.
Fluent in Swedish and English
