Release and Change Manager

Northab is looking for Release and Change Manager for one of our customers based in Stockholm
Mandatory requirements:
Worked as a release and change manager. Used to follow up SLA and coordinate resources for service windows and change.
Worked as a test leader.
The person will need to document and use common workspaces such as Confluence, Jira and Teams.
ITIL Foundation
Worked with systems management.

Merit requirements:
Worked with requirements analysis and collection of requirements.
Worked with systems management.
Worked with agile working methods.

Personal characteristics:
The person needs to be prestigious in his way of handling other tasks. We are in a critical phase ahead of several big deals this year, and there are many activities that need to be handled. It must be OK to go outside their comfort zone and help where needed.

Mandatory with fluent Swedish, both speech and writing
Mandatory with fluent English, both speech and writing
Merit with basic knowledge of German, both speech and writing.
