We are now offering the opportunity to become part of our team, with multifaceted and exciting work as a Release Manager within Coromant Operations, where you will work with our subsidiary and supply partners in a global environment.
Key performance areas
You will be part of the requirement process, from requirement management, through testing and roll-out, including training the trainer. Coromant is rolling out SAP, where most of your focus will be. As Release Manager within business operations, it will be your job to ensure well-trained employees in our software-and-process-supporting business operations, by providing modern and easily accessible training material to our subsidiaries and regions.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a degree in a technical or financial area, and/or at least five years' relevant experience in, for example, training development, supply chain management, order to delivery or business systems (ERP). To be well suited for the role you also should have a proven track record of project management - from idea to implementation.
As a person, you are a team player who can work independently but is able to generate enthusiasm in a group. You have a flair for coordinating, structuring and planning yours and others' efforts when working as a project leader. To be successful in this position you will need to build and maintain contacts both within Sandvik and globally, in our subsidiaries. This requires that you are a good communicator, with good knowledge of both written and spoken English, and are able to create good relationships. Finally, you see IT and new technology as exciting tools for developing our offerings.
