Kappahl and the entire retail industry are in an intensive development phase and we have a number of exciting changes ahead of us! To meet the pace of change, we have adapted our organization and we need to strengthen our team with a driven Release Manager who will lead and coordinate the releases that spans all our teams working in our Dynamics 365F&SCM solution.
You will be involved and contribute to the changes we make in our IT systems. You do this by working as a Release Manager for all our teams that are involved in our new ERP platform – Dynamics 365 for Finance and Supply Chain Management.
We offer you A position that has the overall responsibility for all releases and act as a Release Manager for Dynamics 365 F&SCM. This includes the possibility to lead and coordinate the releases, standard upgrades, sprint releases and other releases.
You will be a part of the ERP Team at Kappahl IT where we focus on strategic and tactical planning of the ERP platform.
Your profile You have experience in ERP-systems/SaaS (Software as a service) solution and is used to work in Dynamics 365 F&SCM
You have experience in working as a Release manager in a SaaS solution with large operational impact
Understand the business value of a strict and rigid release management process
Well organized, proactive and clear communication to internal and external stakeholders
Experience working in Microsoft Life Cycle Manager
You enjoy leading and facilitating meetings for example standups, refinement meetings, team meetings and others
You are used to work in tools like Azure DevOps or Jira in an agile context
You communicate freely in English in both speech and writing
You have a relevant degree with a focus on IT combined with qualified experience of working at least 5 years in similar roles within an IT department
Your personality You are structured and have a heart for development and problem solving, react quickly on changed demands and are solution oriented, analytical, and thorough.
You like responsibility and are constantly looking for new areas for improvement. Being open to new impulses and enjoy driving changes in your team, you will be a key player so it is also important that you can cooperate well with others.
You are interested in and understand the technology but have your focus on the development process that creates value to the business. As success depends on getting others involved, you have an inclusive and social personality.
