The RTE’s major responsibilities are to facilitate the Agile Release Train (ART) events and processes and assist the teams in delivering value. The RTE will have a solid grasp of how to scale Lean and Agile practices and understand the unique opportunities and challenges associated with facilitating and continuously aligning a large development program.

The RTE operates across the full spectrum of stakeholders including individuals in the ART, DevOps teams, Product Managers and Business Owners, Agile leaders and Senior Management.

An ART can range from 25-125+ team members accommodating the Agile Product Development of one or more products or value streams

You will join the Digital Delivery organization that currently has one ART setup, consisting of five tribes, with approximately 19 squads totally. We are in ramp-up phase and soon we will have more than one ART and additional squads.

Your team colleagues in the Delivery chapter will be Scrum Masters, RTEs, Tribe leads, Project managers, Agile coaches, spread across Europe. You will be interacting closely with other team members from our chapters such as architecture, requirement & products and automation & processes.

• Are you an experienced Release Train Engineer and preferably SAFe RTE certified?
• Do you have theoretical and practical knowledge of Agile Product Development and IT technologies and practices?
• Are you comfortable communicating with a variety of stakeholders?
• Are you passionate about thinking tactically and strategically?
• Do you have excellent facilitation and leadership skills?
• Are you able to see and think at “big picture” objectives whilst maintaining a close attention to detail?
• Do you have outstanding written and verbal communications skills?
• Have you experience in managing projects and programs across multiple geographical regions?
• Do you thrive in a team-oriented environment, encouraging and influencing staff, colleagues and superiors?
