Release Train Engineer

Work Description :
In today’s dynamic environment you always need to transform and adept in order to stay ahead and be competitive.
In your role as Release train engineer you will team up with the PMs, coaching leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters to modify and adapt Lean-Agile (SAFe) way of working to the organizations need.
You will communicate with stakeholders, escalate issues, manage risks and drive continues improvements.
Your major responsibilities are to make the events and processes possible and assist the teams in delivering value.
Responsibilities :
o You have knowledge of how to scale Agile practices and utilize the unique opportunities and challenges associated with facilitating and continuously aligning a large development work.
o Guide and coach the organization on agile framework adoption and implementation. Identify opportunities for maximizing adoption
o Create creative environment for the team, support the team’s commitments & help the team making decisions
o Understand the teams needs
o Develop the team and help the individuals to improve themselves
o Encourage & coach people with different mindset rather than use authority
o Think beyond day-to-day activities; apply systems thinking
o Be open and appreciate openness in others
Experience and skills required:
You have experiences of Group Trucks Technology
You have experiences in Agile way of working
Personal Skills:
Excellent communicational skills and ability to work in a global environment with various cultures and languages. Flexible and can easily adapt.
Fluent in English in both written and spoken
Self-starter, engaged, humble and curious
