What’s in it for you
As a servant leader you will be leading a distributed Agile Release Train to deliver on business objectives.
Driving improvements as well as delivering according to the prioritized backlog as well as Coaching/leading the scrum masters as needed.
You will be providing transparency – relevant, clear and accurate metrics as well as proactively manage stakeholders and successfully deliver according to agreed scope and priorities in a predictable, and transparent manner.

Experience and Background
We consider this a experienced role and we are looking for you with experience working as a Release Train Engineer and/or complex programs in an agile setting.
You have experience in leading complex initiatives with distributed multi-faceted teams in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of IT process and the software development lifecycle.
Management and/or experience of leading a team in an agile/project set-up.
Analytical skills and ability to deal with complex issues.
Experience of building strong stakeholder relationships.
Strong facilitation skills.
You have experience from Azure DevOps and completed SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) trainings/courses.
