You will be part of HVDC within ABB Power Grids in Ludvika. HVDC technology has been on the market for the past 60 years and is used to transmit power through long distances at minimal loss, using overhead lines, lands and sea cable systems. Are you experienced in the agile way of working and an inspiring and proactive leader with a passion for teamwork and constant improvement? Join us in the development of MACH Control & Protection platform with advanced electronics, mechatronics and software for HVDCs and FACTS control and protection functions.
As the Release Train Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work in a global environment and together with cross-functional teams securing deliverables within R&D.
Your responsibilities
Coaching leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets
Helping manage risks and dependencies
Escalating and tracking impediments
Providing input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks
Facilitating PI Planning readiness by fostering a Continuous Exploration process which drives the synthesis of a Vision, a Roadmap, and Backlogs, and through Pre- and Post-PI Planning meetings
Facilitating the PI planning event, System Demos and Solution Demos
Driving relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops; assessing the agility level of the ART Train and helping them improve
Living ABB Power Grids core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background
Leadership, influencing and motivational skills
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Ability to work in multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural teams
Facilitation and collaboration skills to support effective team events
Previously managed project or program level initiatives
Advanced understanding of agile, lean, theory of constraints and DevOps
Experience with agile software development methodologies required, preferably in a largescale environment
Certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, PM/PO, PMI ACP, SAFe SA or SAFe SPC) preferred
