What’s in it for you
In our Manage Corporate Cluster we support our Corporate Functions with digital deliveries. We are looking for a Release Train Engineer to support the whole cluster of 7 products. Our Cluster purpose is to implement digital enablers to give back time to our employees so they can focus on value adding activities.
You will be part of the Manage Corporate Leadership team. You will be a servant leader and lead an Agile Release Train of 7 products to deliver on business objectives. Responsibilities include driving improvements and delivering according to the prioritized cluster backlog as well as coaching/leading Scrum Masters in the cluster.
What you’ll do
An important part of your work will be to book and lead all Manage Corporate Cluster Ceremonies in a fun and engaged way! You will manage and provide transparency – relevant, clear and accurate metrics. You will proactively manage stakeholders by serving our Product Manager (PM) and successfully deliver according to agreed scope and priorities in a predictable and transparent manner.
It is also critical to proactively demonstrate control of the key issues i.e. risk, impediments and compliance, and to manage proper mitigating activities to ensure a smooth delivery.
Together with our teams you will create a fun and energizing work environment built on trust, inclusion, and good communication.

Do you fit the profile? We believe that you have…
•    Experience working as a Release Train Engineer and/or with complex programs in the Agile setting.
•    Experience in leading change and complex initiatives with distributed multi-faceted teams in a fast-paced environment.
•    An understanding of the IT process and the software development lifecycle.
•    Experience of management and/or leading a team in an agile/project set-up.
•    Experience in building strong stakeholder relationships.
