About the role

As a Release Train Engineer’s (RTE) at Clas Ohlson, you will support and coach the deliveries within one of our Value streams. The RTE will facilitate the events and processes and coach teams to successfully deliver valuable software in a large-scale, complex environment.

The RTE will communicate with stakeholders, resolve and/or escalate impediments, help manage risk and drive relentless continuous improvement. The RTE will also be a key player in driving forward our Lean-Agile transformation, coaching leaders, Product Managers, teams and Scrum Master in the new processes and mindset.

About You:

You are a highly motivated individual and with a genuine interest in facilitating and coach teams, people software deliveries. You also have:

- Previous working experience as a Release Train Engineer or Enterprise Agile Coach
- Experience from working with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- In-depth knowledge of Lean and Agile
- Experience using various tools, such as the Program board and other information radiators
- Outstanding facilitation, presentation and coaching skills


Relevant education from a university or college such as BSc in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or similar relevant field is desirable. You have a very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in English.
