What’s in it for you
In our Enterprise Integrations and Digital Identity (EIDI) Cluster, we support our Platform Product Area with digital deliveries. We are looking for a Release Train Engineer to support the whole cluster of 7 products. Our Cluster’s purpose is to implement digital enablers to enable speed for software development, empower our digital solutions, and create best in class digital identity security. 

You will be part of the EIDI Leadership team. You will be a servant leader and lead an Agile Release Train of 7 products to deliver on business objectives. Responsibilities include driving agile maturity in our cluster, driving improvements, and delivering according to the prioritized cluster backlog as well as coaching and leading Scrum Masters in the cluster.

What you’ll do
An important part of your work will be to improve the agile maturity in our teams and the cluster as a whole, by coaching, proposing ideas, serving knowledge around agility, and managing and improving all our EIDI Cluster Ceremonies in a fun and engaging way! You will manage and provide transparency – relevant, clear, and accurate metrics. You will proactively manage stakeholders by serving our Product Manager (PM) and Product Owners (PO)  and successfully deliver according to agreed scope and priorities in a predictable and transparent manner. You will also be part of managing the cluster as a whole, finding the optimal setup, and finetune that. 
You will also be engaged in improving the solution level, that is the entire Platform Product Agile setup. 
It is also critical to proactively demonstrate control of the key issues i.e. risk, impediments, and compliance, and to manage proper mitigating activities to ensure a smooth delivery.

Who you are:
We are looking for you who have experience working as a Release Train Engineer and/or with complex programs in the Agile setting.  You have experience in leading change and complex initiatives with distributed, global multi-faceted teams in a fast-paced environment.  We see that you have an understanding of the IT process and the software development lifecycle. You have experience in management and/or leading teams in an agile set-up.  Additionally, you are experienced in building strong stakeholder relationships and excellent knowledge in the Agile mindset and values. 

As a person, you enjoy learning and are excited about bringing your ideas to the table and enlightening others. You have the willingness to drive initiatives of both agile and more traditional character.  We believe that you are dependable, well grounded, creative, willing to speak up – even when it’s difficult – and committed to empowering others. You have experience in building a strong team and, subsequently, team development.
You possess great communication and networking skills, and you are good at driving collaboration across the value chain. You are goal-oriented, structured, dedicated, and thorough. It is natural for you to continuously develop yourself as well as others. Lastly, you enjoy structuring large events, and meetings and facilitating in a good manner.
The position is located in Gothenburg, and the major part of the workweek is needed in the office.
