We are now looking for a motivated Release Train Engineer for Value Creation Team Collaboration, who will guide and support our complete Release train to secure that we deliver in the right takt and to the right quality to our customer.
Our responsibility is to provide business services so that all the members within the TRATON community group can cooperate during the complete Product life-cycle.
Your tasks as a Release Train Engineer
• A servant leader who is motivating, involving, and developing diverse team.
• Leading cross-functional assignments and collaborating with other value streams with an agile mindset and enabling your teams to deliver value to our end users fast. Also, you should have Product focus over Project focus.
• Create an environment of psychological safety and mutual trust in which every team can concentrate on value delivery and relentless improvement within the complete VCT (Value Creation Team), internal as well as external.
• Understand the entire VCT flow of value and focus on identifying bottlenecks that impede a smooth value delivery
• Ensure that every VCT ceremonies will deliver the expected outcomes.
• Creating prerequisites for improvement/development of Way of Working with agile processes is a big plus.

• comfortable in expressing yourself in both spoken and written language in front of both big and small audiences
• speaking both Swedish and English fluently

• well familiar with Agile way of working, maybe even the SAFe framework
