Are you passionate about optimizing and managing the value stream (VS)?
With us you have the opportunity to:
Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindset
Fostering a culture of continuously improvements and transparency
Encourage collaboration between teams
Plan and facilitate the events according to SAFe, e.g PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt and Scrum of Scrums
Drive and facilitate Product Management meetings, i.e feature creation process
Mitigate and remove structural impediments that slows down the VS
Work together with other RTE’s in LC&I Solution/Portfolio to align the ways of working, facilitate cooperation and work with dependencies
Manage and optimize the flow of value through the VS
Coach the teams in the VS and the stakeholders, business owners and suppliers close to the VS
Assist with economic decision-making by facilitating feature and capability estimation when necessary
Drive collaboration within and outside the VS
Drive and engage in common BIO related activities such as Portfolio I&A
What you need in this role:
Have own driving force, be proactive and a sense of responsibility.
Have strong leadership skills
Drive and influence change
Be eager to continuously try new ways of working
Have a strong coaching and supporting mindset
Be used to working in a structured and planned way to receive accurate and timely results.
Have integrity, an open and collaborative mindset and a servant leadership attitude
Have very good written and oral English skills, since all larger meetings in BI Value stream are held in English
