Release Train Engineer

We are looking for a release train engineer.
Responsibilities:
• Organize ART events (PI Planning, ART sync, demo … )
• Visualize and manage flow
• Remove obstacles and address bottlenecks
• Facilitate preparation of vision, roadmap, objectives and other artifacts
• Support tracking of progress in backlog
• Help manage dependencies

To be successful in the role you most likely have:
• Relevant academic background and experience from a Software domain, combined with proven leadership experience.
• Capability to manage both strategic and operational tasks
