Release Train Engineer - Gothenburg

Assignment Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Release Train Engineer to support and lead the work of our agile release train.
What you will work on:
Experience using agile processes and working styles, and adapt to the particular requirements of our organisation.
Leadership abilities required to drive your own work, and track record of successfully training teams, product owners, and Scrum Masters in agile techniques.
Support and advance our current setup and are not hesitant to question established working practises.

What you bring:
Expertise in mechatronics and software engineering, demonstrating a deep understanding of both disciplines.
Proficiency in project management methodologies, enabling successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, to drive project success and achieve business goals.
Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities, empowering teams to deliver high-quality results.
Previous experience as a Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and supporting the development team.
Familiarity with the responsibilities of a Release Train Engineer (RTE), including coordinating multiple Agile Release Trains, managing dependencies, and ensuring alignment across teams.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in software engineering or mechatronics.
Prior software development experience would be ideal
