Join our team in the development of the real-time, high-performance control system platform MACH (Modular Advanced Control for HVDC and FACTS). You will be part of the product group HVDC within the Hitachi Energy in Ludvika. The MACH platform is needed to connect offshore wind power, create synthetic inertia, connect energy systems over long distances and create a robust electricity grid prepared for the future.
Are you experienced in the agile way of working and an inspiring and proactive leader with a passion for teamwork and constant improvement? As the Release Train Engineer in our SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) setup, you will lead and coach the work and deliveries of our agile teams, that are cross-functional teams securing deliverables of advanced electronics, mechatronics, and software within R&D.

Your responsibilities
Coach stakeholder, leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets
Facilitate the SAFe events (PI planning, preparations, demos, Inspect & Adapt etc.)
Drive improvements of our processes and ways-of-working within our SAFe setup
Help manage risks and dependencies together with our teams
Report to the management group of the department

Your background
Experience in leading agile software development, preferably in a large scale environment
Certifications in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, PM/PO, PMI ACP, SAFe SA or SAFe SPC)
Advanced understanding of agile, lean, theory of constraints and DevOps
To be successful in this role we think that you are a team player and good at communication and motivating others
As you will be part of a global business, fluency in English is required, written and spoken alike. Proficiency in Swedish is a plus
