We´re looking for a Release Train Engineer @ the heart of electrification!

The role as Release Train Engineer at Electric Propulsion for the newly formed Electric Propulsion Base Software ART and the Electric Propulsion SW Factory would be the perfect challenge for you who wants to make a difference. We offer an exciting career opportunity and we value diversity.
The new ART Electric Propulsion Base Software will deliver the base SW for all control units within Vehicle Propulsion. This includes Electric Drive inverters, Traction battery control units and the Onboard Chargers.
The ART Electric Propulsion SW Factory delivers the SW pipeline infrastructure for vehicle propulsion, this includes technical areas as virtual testing, configuration management, continuous integration, Hardware in the Loop systems and data analyze framework.
Let us describe the challenge we offer
We are now seeking a committed and collaborative colleague who wants to join us with the primary responsibility to drives and organizes the ART events and assists the teams in delivering value to the larger solution/system.
The Release Train Engineer make sure that the committed ART-objectives are executed, with the help of his/her Scrum Masters. Also, you remove impediments stopping the flow in the teams, either by yourself or by using the rest of organization. You continuously review team risks and dependencies together with your ScMs and facilitate root cause analysis and lessons learned.
You contribute with a strong sense of customer focus and business acumen in management forums as well in co-operations with fellow colleagues, team members and suppliers. Your contribution is very important regarding the departments future business direction and results.
You and your skills
The person we are looking for is flexible and enjoys changes as you will be working in a fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment. You are an experienced problem solver, looking for a bigger business challenge. As a person you also apply creative thinking to issues and analyse qualitative and quantitative research data.
You are a self-starter with a pioneering spirit; resourceful and able to take ownership quickly and reliably. You have an ability to lead through people, listen and coach and you are energetic and truly motivated by creating new solutions together with the cross-functional team.
* M.Sc. or equivalent technical experience
* Experienced in Product Development and our product creation process VPDS
* Documented leadership qualities and experiences
* Driving license
