What´s in it for you 
We are now searching for a Release Train Engineer who will be part of our Industrial Cluster located within Digital Finance. You will coach the Cluster in agile ways of working and support the transformation of the industrial related financial systems at Volvo Cars. You will be responsible for driving and facilitating cluster level events, encouraging cross functional collaboration and stakeholder participation. You will track flow and work to remove impediments to ensure improvement of quality and speed of deliveries.
You will strive for continuous improvement in the ways of working to set the Cluster, Digital Finance and Volvo Cars up for success. Working with culture, diversity and inclusion, psychological safety and other key areas, you will push us forward and catalyze improvement together with your peers. Helping our organization provide the best possible environment for our teams and individuals to thrive and to deliver as much value as possible. 
The digital transformation is in full swing, and many major initiatives are ongoing, requiring you to take a lead role on multiple cross functional initiatives. These cross functional initiatives are often complex development that requires input from multiple business analysts and involve product teams from different clusters and product areas. Your role is to guide the team and align the different product teams to secure a common delivery. 
Responsibilities include: 
•    Leading bigger initiatives/Epics so that communication, meetings, reporting and documentations are handled efficient and with high quality
•    Supporting during development and sign off UAT
•    Working with delivery teams to refine processes and solve operational issues
•    Coordinating content dependencies with other product clusters and products
Do you fit the profile?
To succeed in this role, we believe you need to be a servant leader with intent based leadership skills. You have previous experience of leading people and are passionate about developing others, empowering people and you embrace an open mindset and culture. You have experience working with agile methodologies, OKRs and enabling effectiveness. Your holistic thinking allows you to effectively navigate through the organization in times of change and disruption. These personal skills and positive influence have led you to successful digital implementations in the past. 
We believe that you have a background with a higher education degree in finance and/or IT. With the core expertise obtained in the academic world we believe that you have then worked passionately with both IT & Finance for a few years. Ideally you have come across agile methodologies and you know what it takes to build strong product teams.
