Are you passionate about Agile Ways of Working, SAFe implementation, leading and coaching of an Agile Release Train?
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Be responsible for continuous improvement of the ART’s delivery flow and ways of working.
- Plan and facilitate events according to SAFe.
- Collaborate with other RTE`s in other ARTs to align and improve GBI ways of working and be part of the Agile PMO team.
- Coach continuously, as well as set an example of Lean-Agile mindset;
- Collaborate with across Group Business Intelligence.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, growth mindset, increase in transparency and alignment.
- Be responsible for optimizing and managing the flow of value in an Agile Release Train (ART).
- Escalate and track impediments, manage program risks and dependencies.
What is needed in this role:
- Have a strong self-driving force, be proactive and seek responsibility.
- Have experience of working with cross-border organizations as well as working with stakeholders and business owners outside your own area.
- Have a strong coaching and supporting mindset.
- Excellent and confident facilitation, communication and social skills.
- Have integrity, an open and collaborative mindset and a servant leadership attitude.
- Has a constant sense of Urgency and a drive to Improve and increase efficiency.
- Have a deep understanding and experience of: agile ways of working (Scrum), SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and preferably tools like Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
- Have very good written and oral skills in English.
