About this opportunity
Welcome to the Execution Leadership team in Group Functions Technology! We add value by driving and leading change in a complex IT delivery landscape catering for both Agile and traditional change management.
What you’ll be doing:
* As a servant leader, leading a distributed Agile Release Train to deliver on business objectives
* Driving improvements as well as delivering according to the prioritized backlog
* Coaching/leading the scrum masters as needed
* Providing transparency – relevant, clear and accurate metrics
Proactively manage stakeholders and successfully deliver according to
agreed scope and priorities in a predictable, and transparent manner * Reporting on budget, progress, risks according to Nordea processes
* Proactively demonstrate control of the key issues i.e. risk and compliance, and manage proper mitigating activities to ensure a smooth delivery
* Together with the teams create a fun and energizing work environment built on trust, inclusion and good communication
You’ll join a great team of professional Execution Leaders. The role can be based is based in the Nordics (Stockholm, Helsinki, Copenhagen or Oslo).

Your experience and background:
* Experience working as a Release Train Engineer and/or complex programs in an agile setting
* Experience in leading complex initiatives with distributed multi-faceted teams in a fast paced environment
* Understanding of IT process and the software development lifecycle
* Management and/or experience of leading a team in an agile/project set-up
* Nordea standards and methods for Agile ways of working and project management
* Analytical skills and ability to deal with complex issues
* Experience of building strong stakeholder relationships
* Strong facilitation skills
