What we do
In order to provide faster feedback loops and to support the goal of “my car gets better everyday” the Vehicle data and diagnostics ART is tasked with developing and operating a toolset to request, receive, persist, and make available data from our vehicle fleet with the aim of becoming increasingly more data driven.

What you will do
You will be a member of the ART management / department management team and we offer the possibility to grow and long-term development within an area where we want to be in the forefront of the industry. As a Release Train Engineer (RTE), you will be driving and organizing the Agile Release Train events and assist the teams in delivering value to the larger solution/system. You will assist the execution, feature/capability completion tracking, remove impediments and report status. You will drive relentless improvement and contribute to drive change throughout the whole R&D organization wrt data and diagnostics. You will also drive to remove and escalate impediments, manage risk and help the ARTs and to ensure delivered value.
Your responsibilities:
Manage and optimize the flow of value through the ART
Organize, drive and facilitate the PI planning event incl. Pre- and Post-PI planning
Assist with decision-making by facilitating feature and capability estimation and tracking by teams
Help manage and reduce risks, dependencies and impediments
Work with product and solution management, product owners and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment
Define and facilitate the software integration flow
Besides the scope mentioned above, you will also facilitate between the Data & Diagnostic ART and co-cooperation party / stakeholders.
What you need to bring with you
We see that you have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Electrical, Data or Physics Engineering or equivalent. You have experience of acting in a leading position and leading product development assignments including launch. You are a great communicator able to create visual communication and used to make presentations in English. Minimum 2 years’ experience in Agile leadership is a must. Since, we are a global company, fluency in English (written and spoken) is a prerequisite.

* Diagnostic and data analytics experience – automotive preferably
