Reliability Change Leader - Avesta
This is a unique and exciting role that forms part of the site management team in Avesta to take ownership and accountability for Outokumpus group reliability program through the development of world class asset-management and equipment reliability governance and processes.
Reducing the need for maintenance by designing a framework and developing an organization dedicated to reliability. The critical success factor to embed the program within the organization, empowering each business unit to drive change and improvement to the way assets are viewed and managed.
Working in close collaboration with the global organization, you will report to the Site Manager in Avesta as a key advisor for reliability, having a close collaboration with change leaders in other Outokumpu operations in Europe.
Working autonomously, you will support the organizational design, the definition of roles and responsibilities for reliability. Defining and measuring success metrics and monitoring change processes to ensure reliability goals and improvements are being met.
You will be an inspirational change leader, able to lead through others and inspire them to take responsibility and feel true ownership of the reliability work.


To be considered you will have experience in the following:
- Master of Science in e.g. Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in a production enviroment with industrial / equipmenmt / machinery
- Trained in process excellence (Lean Sigma, Black Belt or equivariant)
- Hands on development and deployment of asset management and reliability programs
- Experience within a robust lean production system
- Fluency in Swedish & English language
