About the role
In the role of Reliability Manager, you lead and develop the reliability of the maintenance that carries out in the department. You develop the maintenance strategy based on set key figures and goals. You are responsible for leading the development needs that exist and implement the necessary changes. This means controlling, monitoring and deciding on the scheduling and planning of maintenance and thus increasing the functional safety of our equipment. Your team includes 6 employees and you will be their reporting manager. You collaborate with the maintenance organization and work close together with other Reliability managers on the site. You are a member of the Mill´s management team.
Main responsibilites:
Collaborates with other managers in production to drive cultural change and achieve production-driven reliability processes
Responsible for the scheduling and planning department and that it works towards increased availability and higher utilization of resources
Responsible for Reliability engineer and its development of equipment hierarchies, criticality classifications, SFMEA, Maintenance plans, maintenance strategies to reduce equipment problems and increased MTBF
Conduct reliability training at the agency to raise awareness and increase employee engagement
Monitors the development of standard work instructions and that these contain sufficient information to effectively schedule and perform maintenance work

For you, it is natural to be communicative and can handle large contact areas both internally and externally.
Requirement:
At least a Bachelor´s education in technology/machine or equivalent experience
You have previous work experience in industry and maintenance
It is advantage is if you have previous work experience in leadership and employees
Knowledge of maintenance and production processes
Fluent in Swedish and English (Written and spoken)
