Epiroc is now seeking a proactive and innovative Relocation & Mobility Specialist to play a vital role in enhancing our business performance by developing and managing relocation and mobility services for our international employees.
The role reports to the Manager Regional Center of Excellence HR Nordics & Baltics.
Your mission
As a Relocation & Mobility Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing regional end-to-end process for immigration, relocation and mobility, ensuring legal compliance, and optimizing the experience for our employees. You will manage mobility and relocation actions and support processes such as tax advice, reporting and work permit renewals. You will actively collaborate with HR colleagues locally, regionally and globally and be the first point of contact for our Talent & Acquisition team regarding relocation issues.
Other main responsibilities are:
* External partner management (relocation partner, tax advisor, government agencies etc.)
* Coordinate with supplier of services within local registration in Sweden such as banking, schooling and more
* In close collaboration with International Compensation & Benefits Team (ICB) establish and manage a lean regional Comp & Ben process for International assignments
* Continuously analyse and improve processes and ways of working, while using digitalization and agile methodology as an enabler to achieve further efficiencies

We are seeking a candidate with excellent communication skills in English and Swedish and ability to build relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders. You are a proactive problem-solver with strong continuous improvement mindset, self-management skills, motivation and ability to contribute to development of our Regional Centre of Excellence HR.
Required Knowledge and Experience
* University degree in relevant area or similar experience.
* Minimum 5 years specialized experience in a similar role.
* Knowledge and experience of labor law related to Compensation and Benefits
* Knowledge of Swedish tax rules and regulations
* Knowledge in agile methods and tools like Teams

Location and travel
This position can be located in the proximity of the following offices in Sweden: Örebro, Stockholm, Kalmar, Fagersta. Occasional domestic travel is required.
