WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for you with a passion for Data & Analytics and the value it can generate for our business. You get motivated by staying up to date on the latest developments and technologies within Data & Analytics and you get energized by working both independently and in cross-functional teams.
To become successful in this role you need to have:
· Formal qualifications in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics or equivalent
· Minimum 4 years of experience in conducting analysis in a contact centre environment and transforming these into clear actionable insights for stakeholders on all levels
· Minimum 4 years of experience within data analytics tools such as Excel, PowerBi or comparable
· Experience in stakeholder management and change management techniques
· Fluent in English
· High level of computer proficiency
· Preferred: Knowledge in IKEA Sales and/or Resolutions process
In addition to this you have, strong knowledge of the industry and in particular its analytics functions within globally steered organisations and an understanding of complex reporting structures. You have deep knowledge of customer support centre business and good understanding of the omnichannel shopping experience. You also have a good understanding of the complexity of remote analytics and RCMP, as an integrated part of the business and its contribution to business growth.
You have strong analytical skills with capacity to translate business input into testable models or metrics. You are a problem-solver and curious to learn new techniques/tools and ability to deliver insights without having the full picture. You can perform work with a balance between care and speed. Finally, we see that you get motivated by sharing and living the IKEA culture and values.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In the position as a Remote Analytics Specialist, you will define and deliver actionable insights based on analyses of relevant data sources to make data-based decisions and improve Remote Customer Meeting Point (RCMP). More in detail you will:
· Conduct advanced data exploration and analysis using modern data mining techniques (including machine learning), visualisation tools, or a combination thereof, to capture actionable insights
· Optimise how to measure specific KPIs for the assigned area, to improve country steering and follow country performance
·Drive and promote data driven decisions by continuously collaborating with the team for the assigned area in order to secure an aligned approach
· Identify relevant data points for the business connected to the assigned area
·Generate in-depth analysis by collaborating, to maximise insights quality, speed and root-cause accountability within the assigned area
·Formulate feedback on analysis improvement needs to secure state of the art tools and ways of working
· Apply agile ways of working in relation to advanced analytics, especially on topics like performance measurement and hypothesis testing by default, thus maximising key metrics and ensuring that RCMP goals are met
· Ensure collaboration to secure a continuous improvement to the data-models, data-capturing, data-visualisation and data-tooling capabilities
· Ensure collaboration with Remote Partner Operations Leader and country Remote Analytics to enable continuous improvement of performance
This role reports to Remote Analytics Manager.
