We are looking for you who is passionate about understanding the behaviors of the many people and current home furnishing trends! You get energized by driving business growth and contributing to overall success of IKEA through collaboration to reach set goals.
To become successful in this role you need to have:
· Formal qualifications in Sales, Business or equivalent
· Minimum 5 years of experience as a leader
· Minimum 5 years of experience in sales functions with proven results
· Minimum 3 years of experience working with B2B
· Fluent in English, verbal and written
In addition to this you have, expert knowledge of selling and resolution needs connected to business in an omnichannel environment. You have strong knowledge of the B2B functions within retail and major industries, as well as the IKEA product range with a special focus on the B2B range. You have strong understanding of the complexity of IKEA business and the role of remote sales as an integrated part of the business.
We see that you have strong sales and resolutions skills with the ability to drive profitability in a wide range of markets. You can analyse performance and capture learnings to improve, and you can coach and influence colleague’s while communicating in an inspirational way with IKEA tone of voice. Finally, we see that you are an ambassador for IKEA culture and values and the vision of creating a better everyday live for the many people.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In the position as a Remote B2B Leader you will lead the B2B area in the Remote Customer Meeting Point (RCMP), both Sales and Resolutions, providing a high level of expertise and continuous improvements.
More in detail you will:
· Plan and execute performance reviews, audits and improvement initiatives within B2B Sales and Resolutions to identify improvement potentials
· Identify and validate knowledge and learning needs in connection to B2B to maintain an excellent content quality that enables high competence
· Assess and prioritise technology needs for B2B to enable future key activities
· Consolidate input, and implement feedback from countries within B2B i to create sustained positive change and improvement
· Secure performance management standards are upheld and improved by supporting country RCMP Sales managers, specialists and other relevant stakeholders within B2B in order to enhance country business performance
· Establish and maintain integration and close collaboration with B2B country responsibles and global B2B team to secure an efficient and aligned running business as well as to optimise the omnichannel journey
· Steer and prioritise continuous, incremental service and process improvements within B2B, cooperating with Experience Design, to optimise B2B outcomes
· Proactively contribute with input in Group Remote Sales and Resolutions teams to secure excellent and aligned cooperation between all capabilities.
This role will report to Remote Sales Manager.
