Remuneration & Benefits Manager (temporary) For a temporary position at one of our clients we are seeking a HR-specialist with a financial background /economist, to be located in Stockholm at their Nordic Head office.Profile: -University degree (could be someone recently graduated), preferably within Finance, Accounting or Business Administration -Fluency in Swedish, French and Finnish -Some experience from accounting/controlling is meriting Tasks and responsibilities: -Define & manage the remuneration strategy in the Nordic Countries -Manage external payroll consultants in Finland, Denmark & Norway -Management of Personnel costs in the Nordic Countries, including salaries, bonuses, insurances, pensions and other benefits.-Management of Travel Policy -Participation in International Compensation & Benefits Manager's Network.-General HR related projects and services to employees. a.s.a.p (Subj "Rem.& Ben.Manager"), since screening and selection will proceed immediately.
