Within our Customer Service and Repair Department we are seeking a Repair Responsible for a our Norrøna Flagship Store in Stockholm.
As Repair Responsible you will be working together with the staff in our Flagship Store to secure the best customer experience.
The person we are looking for has experience in repairing or sewing textile products, and has the will and ability to develop a exeptional relationship with all our repair customers.
Areas of responsibility
Handling, repairing (sewing) and improving of products sent as claims/repairs or product improvement
Deliver excellent customer service to all customers
Responsible for handling the products sent from our customers in the most efficient way
Plan and order spare parts and fabrics each season in coordination with HQ service center
Responsible for having the required spare parts in stock to ensure successful repairs of products
Responsible for the maintenance and good execution of the working machinery
Registration and follow up of cases in ERP system.
Reporting on a weekly basis on your progress and service center lead time
Personal skills
Structured, with the ability to lead yourself
Ability to build good customer relations
Excellent communication skills
Cooperation within the department, with suppliers and customers is important for all Norrøna employees
The ability to be self going, proactive and solution seeking is highly valued
Qualifications and experience
Education within tailoring and design, or similar
Minimum 2 years and/or other relevant experience
Experience in working with technical wear and/or products
