Replenishment Planner

Adecco is on behalf of a client searching for a Replenishment Planner.The position is located at an international company in Lund. Reporting to the team leader of the Replenishment Group you will be managing the outbound replenishment of products supplied from one of the central Distribution Centres, DC.You will primarily be measured on ability to perform the replenishment in time and according to plan and parameters defined.As Replenishment Planner with global responsibility you are also the contact person for all Global Supply customer service departments, answering on product availability questions for your product groups.In addition you must work closely with the Global Supply Chain Planners and Transportation to handle supply chain issues.You will be part of the Replenishment Group consisting of 4 other motivated colleagues.You will several times a year go and visit the Distribution Centre you are working with. Tasks 1. Continuous extraction of replenishment plans to all sites 2. Order creation in local systems (purchase and customer orders) 3. Close collaboration with Global Supply Chain Planners on availability issues 4.Monthly meetings with DC 5. Key performance measurement and reporting 6. Project and improvement work within the Supply Chain Management Group Candidate You are service minded and efficient in your work, managing to get a lot of things done and still keep a smile on your face.Your positive attitude allows you to bring energy to the team, and handle internal customers in a good way.You understand how a supply chain operates and are interested in contributing to the global supply targets of high delivery precision with minimum costs and optimal stock-levels.You are able to argument for your point of view in a diverse and international environment.In your work you make good use of your communication skills.Other: Education: An academic degree within SCM/Logistics or Economics.Computer-skills: Very good.Preferably from eg.planningtool i2 and/or SAP.Since the main language of the corporation is English it is essential that you have a good command of English in both written form and speech.Languages such as German, French or Italian are not essential but a positive attribute.
