Are you a service minded person who wants to work within Supply Chain in an international environment?
About the position
As Replenishment Planner you will work in the department Control Tower, where you will be one of two Replenishment planners. The replenishment planner is an important part of the Supply Planning team and works closely with the replenishment planning analyst, the supply planners as well as our supply and customer service colleagues around the world.
Our focus is to balance the inventory levels both at the main hub in the Netherlands, as well as at the local warehouses, with the target of maintaining a high service level to our end customers globally.
Your key responsibilities will be within two main areas:
Replenishment of our local warehouses outside Europe:
You will be responsible for the planning and replenishment of the market companies’ local warehouses. This involves working in both our ERP system Movex as well as Microsoft Dynamics.
Go through orders and decide what can be allocated, without jeopardizing service levels at our main hub.
Release orders for picking. Invoice and provide necessary documents for shipping.
Handle questions from market companies regarding delivery dates, open orders, product status etc.

Direct shipments from the central warehouse to dental customers throughout Europe:
You will handle all types of questions and requirements from the market companies’ customer service departments. For example, delivery information, removal of order, picking discrepancies and release of backorders.
You will have the main responsibility for several market companies. This includes administrative return handling.

Who you are
We think you are service minded and like to have a lot of different tasks during the day. You are used to take your own initiatives and can identify potential problems, find solutions and take appropriate actions. You are flexible, structured and interested in learning new systems and new processes in a dynamic environment. Since you will work with a lot of different contacts, strong communication and collaboration skills are important. Most communication will be in English.
We believe you have:
Relevant experience from order supply chain related tasks
Relevant education within supply chain
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially in excel
Strong communication skills in both English and Swedish
Preferably experience from Movex, Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP system
